Red Carpet Ready Beauty is the passion project of Erin Witman–licensed esthetician, nurse, and certified cinema graphic makeup artist based in Berks County, PA.

Erin’s journey started at The Australian Academy of Cinema graphic Makeup, Hajar Beauty Academy & most recently The Salon Professional Academy- where she dove deep into the techniques of icons like Vincent J-R Kehoe and Bobbi Brown. Her areas of study in makeup spans film, TV, editorial, and theatre, but her heart beats fastest for bridal and editorial beauty.

Since 2009, Erin’s mission has been simple: celebrate beauty in every age and every face. She believes makeup is more than a look-it’s a feeling, a transformation inside and out.

Her love for beauty goes beyond makeup. As a licensed esthetician, Erin specializes in brows, custom facials, mature and sensitive skin, hyperpigmentation, acne, and is certified in buccal massage. Her healthcare background means she’s all about clean, safe, and personalized experiences-combining her expertise in infection control, dermatology, and wellness with her creative side.

Erin’s goal? For every client to leave her chair feeling like they could walk a red carpet – confident, radiant, and truly themselves.

When she’s not creating beauty magic, you’ll find Erin with her family and friends, doing yoga, hiking, painting, refinishing furniture, or geeking out over all things Star Wars.
